Our goal is to limit the pretentious element in an attempt to create approachable, consistent wines which encourage the consumption of not just a glass, but the whole bottle. This helps create the holistic view that once we achieve this bottle state then there’s no reason why case consumption is not very achievable by the completely unpretentious.
