Prices
• All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars.
• Price includes 12.5% GST (Goods and Service Tax). Prices are subject to change.
Trade Customers

Delivery
• Freight charges apply for orders of less than 12 bottles (1 case) within New Zealand, and the Sydney metro area
• Orders of one case or more have free delivery within New Zealand and the Sydney metro area
• For orders in other locations, please contact us for a quotation.
• Your purchase will be packed to arrive in perfect condition.
Supply of Liquor to Minors
• It is illegal for us to sell wine to anyone under the age of 18.
• It is illegal to buy wine from us if you are under the age of 18.
• It is illegal if you falsify your details in order to buy wine if you are under the age of 18. Adequate identification may be required on purchase or delivery.
Refunds
• Wines that are corked or damaged on delivery will be replaced immediately.
• If you are not happy with wine you have purchased please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Privacy
• Any personal information supplied to us will only be used to process your order.
• We do not share your information with any third parties.
• Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our
premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an
independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure
encryption.
